		<description>Thanks for the info, Greg....so far I&#039;ve used that valve to drain by and haven&#039;t had any issues (knocking on wood) here in the winter.  I&#039;ll check closer next time though, because I definitely don&#039;t want to have something freeze if it can be avoided.</description>

		<description>The little lever shown in the picture of the hot water tank is the safety relief valve, not the drain.  While flipping this lever will drain some of the water out of the tank, it&#039;s position at the top of the tank prevents it from completely draining the tank.  The drain plug is accessed from behind the same door, it is usually on the lower left side.  Some trailers have a tee handled petcock valve in the drain, all you have to do is open the valve and the water will drain out.  Other water tanks will have a normal pipe plug which has to be removed for winterizing.</description>
