Oh my, another day has gone by….I spent most all of it clearing and marking trail with Dave Rabe. It was a long, hard day but lots of fun and great experience for Bo. These kinds of workouts are getting him in shape for the VC 100 no doubt! The trail for day 5 is now passable, and marked.
Here are some photos – some sections are from Mill Canyon over to Crawford Canyon and the others are of the Keyhole trail. Bo is one of the bay horse’s in the photos – you mostly see his ears, and in some shots maybe the ribbons around his neck. The other horse is Tigger, ridden by Dave.
Karen Chaton has furnished us with some excellent photographs of the AERC endurance ride in the Bryce Canyon area. For all equestrians, the geology of the Bryce Canyhon area makes a huge contribution in both the scenery and the trail bed itself.
