The Pryor family is in Kona, Hawaii where daughter Heather will be competing in the Ironman World Championship on October 11, 2008. It is already a big accomplishment that Heather is competing there as tens of thousands of triathletes try to get a spot every year – only 1,800 succeed! This event consists of 2.4-miles of swimming, 112-miles of biking, and 26.2-mile marathon run through tough ocean waves, and challenging lava-covered terrain. Good luck Heather!
