Click here for a new photo album.  These photos are from the finish of day 3, and the trail and ride on day 4.  The fall colors this year are really spectacular – in some sections it is like riding across a bed of gold coins where the aspen leaves have already fallen.  In others, the orange leaves are still on the trees and light up the way.  We are so lucky to get to ride in such beautiful country as this.

Here is a photo of Cheefy after finishing today.  I’ll do a bit longer ride report later – we had a fantastic ride today, spending most of the time just he and I alone without even seeing anyone else, especially after lunch — it was probably one of the best rides I’ve ever had on him (I say that often!). 

There were 38 riders today and Jolynn Maynard came in first.
