It's a horse toggle you attach to the saddle and a wristband that i wear for myself. It's a really good idea and me and my Jenny (my horse) wear it every time we go on a hack! This halter would be in case of emergency only (such as animal control needing to take the horses out of a dangerous situation, fire, etc.) This way when that is used (it will be attached to stall) it will be easy to ID and thereby pick up our horses.
